Habit-sleep- how to avoid sleep?

I do sleep alot in my class. . i mean, during lecture, reason why because i love to sleep in class. its not because i am not focus during class but i do love to close n shut my eye during lecture. i still hear what the lecture lecture -somestimes- .

Falling asleep during the day can be a completely relaxing experience and reenergize you for a night out on the town. However slumbering during an important meeting or class can lead to amounts of yelling, detention, or even the loss of your job. Reckless slumbering also often leads to missing out on the entire day, as comfortable as it may seem.

Sleep plays a major factor in growth аnԁ development οf a Student. It аƖѕο affects peoples’ behavior, temperament аnԁ learning cleverness. Studies ѕhοw thаt sleep deprivation mау cause IQ levels tο temporarily decline. Rіɡht enough, whеn one іѕ drowsy, one tends tο bе weak іn reasoning аnԁ memory.

Here аrе ѕοmе suggestions tο avoid sleep in class:

Eat. An empty stomach is a major cause of sleepiness in humans. The food affects the hypothalamus (a gland in your body) and regulates its production of sleep-causing hormones.

Get a good night's sleep. This is the most important step. A good 8 hours is recommended. Do not do Last minute work work: get it done early so you can go to bed by 10 o'clock. Stay up.

Do NOT watch too much movie on your laptop or television at night. Watching Korean drama.

Chew gum or always have something in your mouth. This helps keep the brain active. If you feel yourself about to yawn, swallow.

Do not let your thoughts stray when you are tired. The moment your thoughts begin to stray, you will be falling asleep in no time.
